We begin with a phone consultation, followed by a free-of-charge personal home visit to assess needs and preferences. A tailored care plan is then developed collaboratively with the service user and family. Ongoing support and regular reviews ensure quality care and continuity throughout

A simple process for a personal need.

OUR STORY

At the heart of our local, independent family-run business is a profound dedication to compassion, exemplified by the personal journeys of our cherished team, Our owner Leeann and co-ordinator Chloe with our amazing team. From a tender age, Leeann was deeply involved in caring for her father, helping him navigate life in a wheelchair. This early experience ignited her passion for the care industry, where the ethos of family and compassion became her guiding principles. Similarly, Chloe's devotion to her grandfather shaped her empathetic approach, reinforcing our collective commitment to treating each staff member and client as part of our extended family. In our business, the threads of family and compassionate care are intricately woven together, creating a tapestry of support and kindness that is heartfelt yet resilient, ensuring that everyone feels valued and cared for.

Solihull Home Care knows how important it is to continue feeling like a valued, contributing member of society. Instead of focusing on what you are unable to do, we work with you to create a support plan that enables you and focuses on the things you can do well.

Those within our care are always encouraged to take the lead with their support package, with the staff of Solihull Home Care actively providing support, guidance, and encouragement.
