About Us

Founded with a deep commitment to compassion and care, our journey began with personal experiences that shaped our ethos. The founder developed a passion for the care industry from a young age while assisting her father, who used a wheelchair. This early involvement instilled in her the values of family and empathy that continue to guide our services today.

Our Deputy Manager, Chloe, was also inspired by her devotion to her grandfather, reinforcing our belief that care is about people, relationships and treating everyone as part of our extended family.

Today, these same values continue to be at the heart of everything we do. Roop, our Director and Registered Manager, brings many years of experience within the care sector and a genuine passion for supporting people to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Her own experiences of caring for family members have also given her a personal understanding of the importance of dignity, patience, compassion and treating every individual as a person, rather than simply focusing on their care needs.

We believe good care starts with getting to know the person — their personality, preferences, routines, family and the things that matter to them. Building trust with the people we support and their families is at the heart of what we do.

Our approach remains simple: to provide professional, reliable and compassionate care while treating every person with the same dignity, kindness and respect that we would want for our own family.
